Financial Solutions is the market leader in the structuring and implementation of export financing concepts, while E-Mobility specializes in the distribution of electric buses and electric trucks.
We develop customized solutions for public transport and electric commercial vehicles in urban areas. Our financing division supports companies and government projects with innovative models that facilitate access to financing solutions. In cooperation with leading international banks, we provide customized financing concepts – from the structuring of complex projects to their implementation.

Ralf Schwarzhaupt
Managing Partner / CEO of Jebsen & Jessen Industrial Services
Ralf Schwarzhaupt was employed as a managing director in various companies of the MPC-Ferrostaal Group from 2001 to September 2020, including as CFO of Ferrostaal GmbH. Prior to that, he worked in various areas of corporate banking at Commerzbank AG and has in-depth experience in finance and risk management.
In October 2020, he became co-partner and CEO of the Jebsen & Jessen Industrial Services division.
Mr. Schwarzhaupt studied Business Administration at the University of Hamburg. He is married and has two children.

Martin Gruber
Managing Director Jebsen & Jessen Industrial Solutions / Head of e-Mobility
Martin Gruber has been working for Jebsen & Jessen Industrial Solutions GmbH since spring 2020 as Head of Transportation / e-Mobility. In October 2021, he became a member of the management board.
Mr. Gruber has more than 20 years of experience in management positions at well-known bus OEMs such as Daimler Buses, Solaris Bus and Coach and Alexander Dennis Limited.
He studied mechanical engineering at ETSII Madrid and at the FH Aachen. Martin Gruber is married and has two children.

Dr. Manuel Probst
Managing Director Jebsen & Jessen Industrial Solutions / Head of Financial Solutions
Dr. Manuel Probst began his career in our group of companies in 2014. Dr. Probst previously gained many years of experience in structured foreign trade financing in the banking sector in Frankfurt and completed a master's degree in philosophy and a doctorate in political science.
After his promotion to Head of Export Finance in June 2016, he has been responsible for the Financial Solutions business unit of Jebsen & Jessen Industrial Solutions and its European subsidiaries as Managing Director since October 2021. He is married, lives in Hamburg and has two children.
